Refund and cancellation policy

Direct purchases

If istek does not work for you, email support@istek.dev within 14 days of buying it and you get a full refund. No reason is needed. Include your order number or the email address you bought with.

Dodo Payments returns the money to the payment method you used. How soon it shows up depends on your bank.

This applies to Single and Team licences alike. A refunded licence ends, and you should delete the app.

Mac App Store purchases

Apple handles refunds for purchases made through the App Store, and we cannot issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cancellation

istek is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. If istek does not do what the site says it does, we will make it right.
